3patiboss Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply wherever the relevant word appears:

• "3patiboss" refers to the online betting and live casino platform operating at 3patiboss.bet, including all associated services, features and products accessible through the website.
• "Platform" means the 3patiboss website, including mobile browser access, and all products offered through it — sports betting, live casino, virtual sports and any other services provided.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who registers an account on 3patiboss and uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on 3patiboss, identified by a unique username or mobile number.
• "Wallet" refers to the PKR balance held within a Player's 3patiboss account and used for placing bets, claiming bonuses and processing withdrawals.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any financial stake placed by a Player on an outcome within the 3patiboss sports betting, live casino or virtual sports sections.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits issued by 3patiboss to a Player's account that are subject to specific wagering or usage conditions before they become withdrawable.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee — the sole currency in which all financial transactions on 3patiboss are conducted.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 3patiboss platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on 3patiboss. Multiple accounts are a serious violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering a 3patiboss account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a date of birth. You agree to keep this information updated if it changes.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are responsible for choosing a strong password and keeping your login credentials confidential. 3patiboss will never ask you for your password via any channel — email, live chat or phone. If you receive any such request, treat it as a fraudulent communication and contact our support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

3patiboss may require identity verification at any point, particularly before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Verification documents typically requested include a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of ownership of the payment method used and a selfie photograph. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.

3.4 Single Account Policy

One person, one account — always. If our systems detect multiple accounts linked by device, IP address, payment method, name or mobile number, 3patiboss reserves the right to merge, suspend or permanently close all related accounts and void any outstanding bets or bonus balances. Players who suspect their account has been duplicated in error should contact support immediately.

4. Account Security

The security of your 3patiboss account is a shared responsibility. The platform implements industry-standard encryption and security monitoring, but the integrity of your login credentials depends on steps you take personally.

• Do not share your username or password with any other person under any circumstances.
• Do not use the same password as other websites or applications, particularly banking apps or email accounts.
• Log out of your 3patiboss account after every session, especially when using shared devices or public Wi-Fi networks.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when offered — this adds a critical extra layer of protection to your account.
• Notify 3patiboss support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or notice any transaction you did not make.

5. Betting Rules

These rules apply to all betting activity on 3patiboss across sports betting, live casino, virtual sports and any other wagering product on the platform.

5.1 Bet Placement

Bets are accepted when you click the confirmation button and receive a bet reference number. Until that confirmation is issued, no bet is considered placed. 3patiboss reserves the right to decline any bet without providing a reason, particularly where potential liability is deemed excessive or where system anomalies are detected.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum bet on 3patiboss is Rs 50 per selection. Maximum stakes vary by market, game type and individual account standing. 5.3 Football and Sports Bet Settlement

All football match bets settle on the 90-minute result only, inclusive of referee-added injury time, unless the specific market is explicitly labelled as "Including Extra Time," "Tournament Winner" or another designation. This means a football match result bet settles at full time regardless of what happens in extra time or a penalty shootout, unless the market label clearly states otherwise.

5.4 Cricket Bet Settlement

Cricket bets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board (PCB, ICC or equivalent). For rain-affected or interrupted matches, DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method results are used where applicable. Abandoned matches with no official result will have all related bets voided and stakes returned.

5.5 Live Casino Settlement

Live casino game results are determined by the physical outcome visible in the live stream — cards dealt, wheel positions, dice values. In the event of a technical failure during a live game round, the outcome will be determined by the official game server data rather than the video stream. If a round cannot be completed due to a system failure, stakes are returned to players.

5.6 Voided Bets

Bets may be voided and stakes returned in the following circumstances: match or event postponement, abandonment before the minimum required time, obvious pricing errors, system malfunctions affecting odds generation or any other circumstance where 3patiboss determines that continuing to honour the bet would be inequitable to either party.

5.7 Obvious Errors in Odds

3patiboss reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published due to an obvious pricing error — for example, a 1.01 price on an event that should carry odds of 5.00. We will endeavour to correct errors as quickly as possible and will notify affected players via their account history when voids are applied.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Currency

All financial transactions on 3patiboss are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currencies, no conversion rates and no hidden exchange charges. What you deposit is what appears in your wallet.

6.2 Accepted Payment Methods

3patiboss currently accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods, all of which are widely accessible to Pakistani players:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• NayaPay — digital wallet deposits and withdrawals
• SadaPay — digital wallet deposits and withdrawals

6.3 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit on 3patiboss is Rs 200. There is no daily maximum deposit limit at the account level, though individual payment method limits set by Easypaisa, JazzCash or your bank apply. Players may set personal deposit limits in their account settings — once set, these limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a cooling-off period of 24 hours.

6.4 Withdrawals

Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 5–15 minutes under normal conditions. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on interbank processing times. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 3patiboss account holder — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

6.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Before processing a withdrawal, 3patiboss requires that any active bonus balance has been handled according to its specific terms, that your account has completed any required KYC verification and that no active investigation or dispute is open on the account. Players who have received promotional bonuses may be required to meet stated wagering requirements before withdrawing.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

3patiboss offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players — including welcome bonuses, cashback promotions, accumulator bonuses and seasonal offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions published with each individual promotion.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds on 3patiboss are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will always be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms at the time of the offer. Players are strongly advised to read bonus-specific terms before claiming any promotion.

7.2 One Bonus Per Player

Each promotion on 3patiboss is available to each eligible player once only, unless the promotion specifically states otherwise. Players found to be exploiting bonus structures by creating multiple accounts or engaging in pattern betting designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk will have their bonus cancelled and may have their account reviewed.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Player's account automatically. Expiry timelines are stated in each individual promotion's terms.

7.4 Football Accumulator Bonus

The 3patiboss football accumulator bonus applies to winning accumulators of four or more legs where each selection carries minimum odds of 1.30. The applicable bonus percentage increases with the number of qualifying legs: 4 legs earns +10%, 5 legs earns +15%, 7 legs earns +25% and 10 or more legs earns +50% on the standard winnings. The bonus is applied automatically to the net profit — not the total return — of qualifying accumulators.

7.5 3patiboss Right to Withdraw Promotions

3patiboss reserves the right to withdraw, modify or suspend any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus before it is withdrawn will have their existing bonus honoured subject to the terms that were in place at the time of claiming.

8. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 3patiboss. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances:

• Registering more than one account on 3patiboss under any name, mobile number or device
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, navigate the platform or gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting pricing errors or technical glitches in the platform to generate guaranteed profit
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage or any systematic approach designed to exploit promotional offers without genuine market risk
• Chargebacks — disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider after they have been received and credited by 3patiboss
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or attempting to use 3patiboss to launder money
• Sharing your account with any other person or allowing another person to place bets on your behalf
• Attempting to access administrative areas of the 3patiboss platform or interfering with the security infrastructure
• Harassing, abusing or making threats toward 3patiboss staff, other players or live casino dealers

9. Account Suspension and Closure

3patiboss reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion. Circumstances that may trigger account action include confirmed or suspected breach of these Terms, failure to complete required identity verification, suspicious transaction patterns indicating potential fraud or money laundering, and receipt of a credible complaint regarding the account.

9.1 Suspension Process

In most cases, 3patiboss will notify the account holder by email or mobile number before suspending an account and provide an opportunity to clarify the relevant issue. However, where immediate suspension is required to protect the integrity of the platform or comply with a legal or regulatory obligation, action may be taken without prior notice.

9.2 Balances on Suspended Accounts

Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud, chargebacks or a serious breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be released. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

9.3 Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their 3patiboss account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team. Any balance in the account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method following standard verification. Self-exclusion requests under the responsible gaming tools are processed immediately.

10. Privacy and Data

3patiboss collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering a 3patiboss account, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Responsible Gaming

The following tools are available to every 3patiboss account holder from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. These take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration during a single session.

All bets on 3patiboss are accepted and processed on the basis of these Terms and Conditions. Disputes about bet settlement must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event's result being made official. Complaints raised after this window may not be investigable due to the availability of supporting records.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3patiboss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of expected winnings, loss arising from connection failures, third-party payment processing delays, data breaches resulting from your own failure to maintain account security or any event beyond 3patiboss's reasonable control.

3patiboss makes no warranties — express or implied — about the availability of the platform. We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance where possible. Emergency maintenance may be performed without notice where required to protect platform security or integrity.

Nothing in these Terms limits 3patiboss's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law. 3patiboss's total liability to you in any given calendar month shall not exceed the total amount you deposited on the platform in that same calendar month.

14. Amendments to These Terms

3patiboss reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, registered players will be notified via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of 3patiboss after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The version of the Terms in force at the time a bet is placed governs that bet's settlement. Amendments to betting settlement rules will apply only to bets placed after the effective date of the amendment. Historical bets are settled under the terms in effect at the time of placement.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the current version was last revised. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using 3patiboss and may request account closure.
